Deb Sibisado hosts a two hour bushtucker walk on
the Dampier Peninsula included in our 2 & 3 Day Cape Leveque
Experience and our 7 Day Spirit of the Kimberley tours.
An authority on the medicinal uses of the local
flora as well as the local wildlife and bushtucker, Deb gives us an insight into Bardi culture in a entertaining relaxed
way.
Deb's walk concludes with a delicious damper and
her own bush flavoured tea. |
Dillon
A prominent Bunuba man, Dillon Andrews has a
wealth of knowledge on traditional Bunuba customs which he
shares with us on our 3 Day West Kimberley Experience and our 6
Day Kimberley Cultural Experience.
Dillon welcomes us into Bunuba country with a
traditional smoking ceremony and takes us to rarely seen
Aboriginal art sights.
An evening spent with Dillon and the Biridu
community on Pigeon Creek is a real privilege. |
Robert
Robert Sibisado from the Lombadina community on
the Dampier Peninsula is an expert on Bardi saltwater culture.
For the more adventurous we join Robert on our 3
Day Cape Leveque Experience and 6 Day Spirit of the Kimberley
tours for an optional sea kayaking trip.
